Then you make sure the communication you are trying to capture is happening, then you click the button on the Saleae software to start. In this case I restarted the FEZ Domino, which has software that sends serial commands to the Gainspan Wifi and then waits for the results. After I know the communication has taken place (my software flashes the LED 3 times when its done), I stop the Saleae Logic and it displays the results. The software graphs the bytes that are sent between the two devices on 2 different channels.
